This is a pivotal leadership role focusing on delivering retrofit and energy efficiency projects across their housing portfolio, ensuring progress towards ambitious decarbonization and sustainability targets.

This interim position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to make an immediate impact by shaping and delivering transformative investment programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of investment programs, with a particular focus on retrofit and energy efficiency initiatives.
  • Build and manage and inspire a dedicated team of project and investment professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of retrofit projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and tenants, to ensure project success.
  • Drive innovative retrofit strategies while ensuring compliance with health and safety, energy standards, and relevant legislation.
  • Identify funding opportunities and oversee detailed reporting on project performance, providing key insights to leadership and stakeholders.
