Hayley Group Limited are looking for a Delivery Driver/Envoy to join our well-established and experienced team at our Hayley Rail site in Oldbury. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.
Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of engineering products and consumables (hydraulics, bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
Responsibilities for our Delivery Driver/Envoy:
- Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships
- Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-ups
- Ensure onsite vending machines are at agreed stock levels and are replenished correctly
- Complete scanning and replenishments of all VMI areas
- Ensure all depots within your remit are completed each day
- Complete site audits
- Ensure all customer areas controlled by Hayley Group are clean and tidy
- Identify and resolve client concerns
- Obtain PODs for all deliveries
Skills & Attributes we’re looking for in our Delivery Driver/Envoy:
- Professional level of verbal and written communication skills
- Good numerical skills
- Proficient in basic IT skills
- Valid UK driving licence (Van)
- Customer focused and driven to provide consistently high levels of service
