Job Advertisement: Class 1 Multidrop
Position:HGV CE- Up to 10 collections
Location:Oldbury
Salary: PAYE£30 PH
Working Hours:Various Shifts Early Mornings and Nights
Info:We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in the Birmingham area, we are looking for multiple class 1 drivers to work for a company that is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable transportation services across the UK. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking experienced and professional class 1 drivers to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and collections of parcels around the Birmingham and surrounding area
- Performing manual lifting as part of the role
- Handling packages with care, ensuring they are securely loaded and unloaded to prevent damage
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including any deviations from the planned route or schedule
- Up to 10 collections
- Load own vehicle
- Ensure timely and accurate of goods to various destinations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle conditions, and any incidents.
- Adhere to all driving regulations, company policies, and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
- Valid Class C+E driving license.
- Digital Tachograph card needed
- CPC Driver Qualification card
- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Class CE Driver due to insurance purposes
- Strong knowledge of UK road networks and driving regulations.
- A professional attitude with excellent time-management skills.
- No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes
