Marketing Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Manager on behalf of our client, a leading firm in the professional services sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual looking to advance their career in B2B marketing.

This full-time role reports to the National Senior Marketing Manager and involves developing and executing marketing programmes aligned with the firm’s strategic goals. Ideal candidates will have a strong B2B marketing background, preferably within professional services or accountancy, and be adept at managing multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic marketing plans to enhance brand recognition and build relationships within key markets.
  • Lead comprehensive marketing campaigns from inception to execution.
  • Advise stakeholders on marketing initiatives, conduct market analysis, and update content.
  • Curate and produce engaging content for various channels, including email, social media, and brochures.
  • Manage a marketing executive, providing leadership and mentorship.
  • Measure and report on marketing performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, capable of converting technical content into compelling copy.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and HTML email platforms.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing or CIM qualification preferred; relevant experience is also considered.
  • Experience in professional services, particularly in accountancy, is desirable.
