Hayley Group Limited has an exciting vacancy for a highly motivated Services Marketing Manager to join our well-established and experienced Marketing team based at our Oldbury site. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Hayley Group is the largest independent distributor of MRO engineering products and consumables (bearings, fasteners, PPE, tools, lubricants etc) in the UK. About the role:

We’re seeking a Services Marketing Manager to join the growing, fast-paced Marketing team at head-office in Oldbury.

Working Hours:                40 hours per week Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities as Services Marketing Manager will include:

  • Working across multiple business development teams and divisions to maximise commercial opportunities for services across the UK group of businesses
  • Working in collaboration with other marketing department colleagues and external agencies to create and execute strategic marketing plans
  • Develop sales support materials, communications plans (inc. social media), undertake internal and external events, digital marketing, direct marketing and all other marketing related support for the UK services provision.
  • Working on own initiative to drive forward initiatives and support sales growth

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Services Marketing Manager will include:

  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • Ideally degree educated in marketing or business-related subject (but not essential)
  • Ideally worked 4+ years in a similar generalist marketing role within a B2B environment
  • Must be able to operate successfully in face-to-face situations and convey presentations and messages confidently
  • A positive pro-active attitude
