Reed Property & Construction are currently working with a family ran surfacing and groundworks contractor based near Oldbury with a dynamic, friendly and supportive company culture.
They are looking for a bright, enthusiastic and commercial person to join their team and work closely with Ryan who is one of the Directors. They want someone who has a strong desire to develop a career in the construction industry.
This role will essentially become the right hand person to Ryan and learn the entire commercial side of the company.
So this is an amazing opportunity for someone to join a great opportunity, learn a bunch of great skills and progress in to potentially a future leader for the business.
Salary on offer: Starting of £25,000 per annum
Location: Oldbury

Day to Day of the Role:
- Work closely with experienced team members to learn the ins and outs of the commercial construction process.
- Engage in tasks related to tendering and estimation, with a view to progressively take on more responsibilities.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand the full scope of commercial construction operations.
- Receive on-the-job training and support to enhance your industry and commercial knowledge.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable mathematical proficiency.
- A strong desire and ambition to pursue a progressive career in the construction industry.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges within a commercial construction setting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Be based a commutable distance from Oldbury
