CNC Operator

£13- £15 Per Hour DOE
Monday- Thursday 7.15am- 4.30pm Friday 7.15am- 12.30pm
Full Time, Permanent
The Role:
- Operating numerous machines and tools pertinent to the manufacture of plastic products. Utilising numerous tools including: CNC Routing and Milling Machines,
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to understand the machining process required for each product.
- Conduct first-off inspections and regular quality checks to ensure that products meet strict quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly to minimise downtime.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimise machining processes and improve productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications would be an advantage
- Keen attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Team Player
