Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to meet production goals.
  • Ensure machinery and equipment are running efficiently, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Run product trials and champion continuous improvement within the department.
  • Supervise a small team, ensuring they are trained and equipped to meet production plans.
  • Liaise with other departments to meet customer deadlines.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality results, reducing scrap, and enhancing output.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • HNC in Engineering with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English & Mathematics).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a machining facility (preferably steel).
  • Proficiency in CNC programming (FANUC and Siemens controls) and machining processes like milling, grinding, and turning.
  • Strong leadership skills and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to read CAD/CAM drawings and solve manufacturing challenges.


Shift Patterns:
Rotating shifts with flexibility to meet business demands. (double days)
