Morson Talent is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation for a Customer Service Call Centre Advisor to join their dynamic team based in Oldbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, call centre, or administration who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling challenging conversations. ________________________________________ About the RoleAs a Customer Service Call Centre Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in the aftersales process. Once a sale is confirmed, you'll step in to ensure smooth delivery and resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Allocating jobs to engineers and updating customers with ETAs
  • Chasing engineers for job completions and following up on outstanding actions
  • Contacting customers to resolve disputes and chase payments where needed
  • Handling inbound calls across three different lines
  • Using internal CRM systems to manage and log customer interactions

________________________________________ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or administration
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Comfortable dealing with difficult conversations and resolving queries
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

________________________________________ Shifts and Hours

  • Four-week rolling rota (includes weekends 2 weeks out of 4)
  • Weekday shifts:
    • 7:00am – 4:00pm
    • 8:30am – 5:30pm
    • 10:00am – 7:00pm
  • Weekend shifts:
    • Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
  • Daily breaks: two 10-minute breaks and one 40-minute break
