Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Liaison Officer (CLO) to serve as the primary point of contact for residents and stakeholders in the Midlands area. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of the social housing sector, particularly in HVAC and renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HVAC systems, renewable energy projects, and eco-friendly initiatives.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear communication between residents, project teams, and management, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or complaints raised by residents, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely and effective solutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and document resident feedback to inform project improvements and enhance service delivery.
  • Community Engagement: Organize and attend community meetings, workshops, and events to educate residents about HVAC systems and renewable energy benefits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on customer needs and project goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on resident feedback, concerns, and overall satisfaction to share with management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the construction, housing, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
