In this role, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails, manage a variety of customer queries, and ensure prompt and professional resolutions. You’ll be at the heart of our customer service operation, coordinating solutions, handling complaints, and providing regular updates to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.
