- Handling incoming customer queries via phone and email, assessing requests and prioritising based on urgency.
- Managing multiple cases at once, ensuring each customer receives timely and professional support.
- Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate effective solutions.
- Keeping customers updated on progress and ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently.
- Accurately recording details of all customer interactions and resolutions.
- Handling customer complaints and escalations in a calm and professional manner.
