- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 2:30 PM
Annual Salary: £32,000
What You'll Do:As a CAD/CAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our design process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilising your CAD expertise to read and interpret detailed drawings.
- Converting DXF and DWG files into Procut for production.
- Nesting parts into plates to optimise material utilisation.
- Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicating with customers to resolve any drawing queries and provide exceptional service.
- Continuously developing your knowledge and skills to progress in your career.
What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proficient in CAD with a solid understanding of engineering principles.
- Previous experience with Procut is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
