Job Role:
As a Teaching Assistant (Early Years), you will:
- Work alongside the Early Years team to deliver the EYFS curriculum.
- Provide targeted support to individual pupils and small groups.
- Assist in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Support the development of children's social and academic skills in line with the National Curriculum.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils during school activities.
- Build strong relationships with children, staff, and parents.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a UK school is essential.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and National Curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
