- Provide tailored support to children with SEN, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis, to assist their learning and development.
- Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) under the guidance of the SENCO.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt learning materials and activities to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom, promoting social interaction and emotional well-being among students.
- Record and report on the progress and development of students with SEN, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
