Maintenance Electrician (Days)
Circa £38k (depending on experience & qualifications)
We are working with a Smethwick based manufacturing company who seek an electrically bias maintenance engineer to join a small team; immediate start available and working a day shift pattern (no shifts).
Role Expectations:Â
- Maintain all plant equipment to standards expected
- Completion of preventative maintenance tasks
- Fault find and carry out repairs
- Involvement in projects like new installations and relocating of new and existing equipment
- Record and document work completed using PC/Mobile based maintenance software
- Relevant engineering qualifications
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems & electrical maintenance practices
- Working knowledge of PLCs for fault finding
- Experienced in electrical fault finding and repairs
Role Information/Benefits
- Salary circa £38,000 per annum
- Day's based role 7:30 - 16:00 (Finish 1 hour earlier on Friday)
- Overtime paid at x1.5 and x2
- 21 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays (Increases to 25 Days after the first year)
- Workplace pension scheme after 3 months (3% Employer contributions)
- Free onsite parking
