Job Purpose

  • Lead the preparation of Management Accounts for a varied, loyal, and growing client portfolio.
  • Manage a team of c.10 staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
  • Provide trusted commentary and analysis, and professionally present information at regular board meetings.
  • Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships as their go-to advisor.
  • Work directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
  • Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
  • Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.
