Job Purpose
- Lead the preparation of Management Accounts for a varied, loyal, and growing client portfolio.
- Manage a team of c.10 staff, including workflow management, reviewing work, and providing training.
- Provide trusted commentary and analysis, and professionally present information at regular board meetings.
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships as their go-to advisor.
- Work directly with Partners to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are being met.
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Set an example as a hands-on and supportive Manager.

The successful candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a previous experience in UK practice.
- Adept at using accountancy software.
- Technically competent across the Microsoft suite.
- A can-do attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organised and able to manage own workload effectively.
- Good communication and advisory skills.
- Confident working alongside senior management.
- Motivated and able to inspire others.
- Collaborative and creative.
- Strong business acumen.
