We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Exams Officer & Data Analyst to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the examination process and analysing data to support school improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all internal and external examinations.
  • Ensure compliance with examination board regulations.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on student performance data.
  • Maintain accurate records of student assessments and results.
  • Provide data insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student outcomes.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of data management systems.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
  • The ability to use schools internal MIS, Arbor, Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or working with Local Authority/Multi Agency Environment
  • To be knowledgeable in the latest legislations and Government guidance.
