We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our clients team. This role is essential for the smooth functioning of operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail

Responsibilities:

  • Ordering Equipment: Coordinate equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
  • Goods In and Out: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including quality checks and documentation.
  • Workshop Job Bookings: Schedule and allocate workshop jobs based on priority and availability.
  • Maintenance Schedules: Monitor and update maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
  • 1st Line Customer Tech Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing technical queries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Sales Support to Sammie: Assist our sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and customer inquiries.
  • Invoicing: Generate and process invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Collections: Arrange timely collections of goods from clients or suppliers.
  • Schedule Management: Coordinate the schedule for Mark (specific individual or role) efficiently.
  • Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management.
  • Support Inbox Management: Monitor and assign support requests to our engineering team.
  • CRM Updates: Keep our customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in business administration or related field preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
