Responsibilities:
- Ordering Equipment: Coordinate equipment orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Goods In and Out: Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, including quality checks and documentation.
- Workshop Job Bookings: Schedule and allocate workshop jobs based on priority and availability.
- Maintenance Schedules: Monitor and update maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- 1st Line Customer Tech Support: Provide excellent customer service by addressing technical queries and troubleshooting issues.
- Sales Support to Sammie: Assist our sales team with administrative tasks, including order processing and customer inquiries.
- Invoicing: Generate and process invoices accurately and promptly.
- Collections: Arrange timely collections of goods from clients or suppliers.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate the schedule for Mark (specific individual or role) efficiently.
- Stock Control: Maintain accurate stock records and assist with inventory management.
- Support Inbox Management: Monitor and assign support requests to our engineering team.
- CRM Updates: Keep our customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in business administration or related field preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
