Job Description

  • Job Title: Lead Auditor- Consumer Products 
  • Job Type: Permanent 
  • Hours:  37.5 per week 
  • Job Location: UK Field based, ideally travelling from Midlands 
  • Salary - £40,000 to £55,000 pa DOE 

As a Consumer Products Technical Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting professional audits in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery that ensures effective customer relationships, primarily for FSSC/ISO22000 and BRCGS Consumer Products, 22716 along with non GFSI related standards and any 2nd Party Audit requests.

  • To assist in business development as required and to provide specific technical support to expand the Company’s capability to offer valued services to customers
  • To write procedures and guidance documents as appropriate.
  • To undertake training of auditors and clients.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with industry knowledge from one of the following within manufacturing: would love to hear from you if you have experience in manufacturing any products from the following: Chemical and formulations, paper and paper mixes, rubber and plastics, textiles, metal, and glass.

Essential Qualifications

  • Degree in Food / Pharmaceutical / Bioscience / Engineering 
  • Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001) 
  • HACCP

Experience

  • Work experience in positions with significant QA or management systems responsibility in Consumer Product manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food or food packaging and environmental health.
  • Experience in management systems auditing against recognised standards
