MHC Nursing and Care Services is seeking a Lead Coordinator to join our Birmingham/west Midlands Team.

As a Lead Coordinator you will be part of an inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support an individual achieve their own personal goals and live the lives they choose.

Your role will be to work alongside Senior Support worker, Deputy Service Manager, Administrator and Registered Manager to help manage teams of Support Workers to achieve their objectives of delivering complex support to adults with various conditions such as Mental health, physical health, Dementia, Autism and Learning disabilities, within a community setting.

You will be an example of best practice as well as assist in creating rotas, pre assessment, developing comprehensive support plans, risk assessments, reviews, recruitment process, supervisions, appraisals, meetings, audits and medication management.

Some direct support including evenings and weekends. This role includes undertaking out of hours on call support.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a senior role within the care industry, Experience in managing, supervising or team coordination in Supported living
  • A strong knowledge of the CQC regulations, Compassionate, Caring and Confident.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional Keenness to learn in a fast-paced environment and creatively solve problems
