HR Advisor

Location:West Midlands base - Hybrid - I day a week on site

Salary:£33,000 plus benefits

If you’re a HR Advisor who loves employee relations, then this is one for you, this is a HR Advisor role managing complex employee relations, a varied role where every day is different.

The role:

  • Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

  • You will advise on issues such as conduct, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries.

  • Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR policy and practice

  • You’ll manage a high number of cases and will be very used to working in a fast environment providing accurate, risk-based advice.

Your background:

  • You will have worked in a largebusiness supporting large employee numbers, you ideally will be used to managing 25 plus cases at any one point.

  • You’ll have a passion for ER and love the nitty gritty!
