HR Advisor
Location:West Midlands base - Hybrid - I day a week on site
Salary:£33,000 plus benefits

If you’re a HR Advisor who loves employee relations, then this is one for you, this is a HR Advisor role managing complex employee relations, a varied role where every day is different.
The role:

Your key focus will be to provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on aspects of HR policy and practice

You will advise on issues such as conduct, performance, absence, grievances, disciplinaries.

Respond to questions regarding terms and conditions including pay, holiday and other forms of leave, flexible working requests, long term sickness, changes to benefits, exit process, etc

Provide advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on all aspects of HR policy and practice

You’ll manage a high number of cases and will be very used to working in a fast environment providing accurate, risk-based advice.
Your background:

You will have worked in a largebusiness supporting large employee numbers, you ideally will be used to managing 25 plus cases at any one point.

You’ll have a passion for ER and love the nitty gritty!
