HRIS Support Specialist

One of my leading global clients are looking for a HR Systems Analyst to join their growing team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Support the HRIS Team in key HR system data processes and maintain the HRIS software and its data integrity.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting HRIS software queries from clients.
  • Perform data cleansing as required and provide HR data reports both on a scheduled and ad hoc basis.
  • Assist in the generation of payroll reports for the monthly pay run and support the improvement of HR processes within the HRIS software.
  • Provide support to the National HR team for data/reporting/documentation needs and cover for the HRIS Coordinator when absent.
  • Conduct ad hoc training on HRIS processes to the National People team and clients as needed.
  • Travel to different regional offices as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling and manipulating numerical data.
  • Ethical approach to managing sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Ideal Requirements:
  • Understanding or working knowledge of database systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, IF functions, pivot tables, and chart creation).
  • Knowledge of basic SQL programming languages.
