Tail Lift Engineer/ Fitter
We have an amazing opportunity available immediately for an experienced Tail Lift Engineer to fit maintain and repair tail lifts on commercial vehicles.
- Based in Sandwell / Oldbury
- Up to £40,000 (negotiable) including bonus
- Full time, Permanent Position, 37.5 hours per week
- Bonus incentive / Overtime

The Job:
Working on commercial vehicles
Carrying out Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs of Commercial Vehicle Tail Lifts
Undertaking LOLER Weight Testing and repairs installation
When required, carrying out Commercial Vehicle Body Tail Lift repairs and replacing exterior
Providing excellent customer service
Experience required:
Previous light an heavy commercial vehicle tail lift service, maintenance & repair work is essential
Knowledge of relevant LOLER or PUWER regs or similar for lifting equipment
Any Welding or basic Fabrication experience would be an advantage
Relevant electrical experience is required
Full UK Driving Licence is (Desirable)
Excellent customer service abilities
Good communication skills
Excellent self-motivation and organisational skills
