Do you have experience in the fastener, nuts and bolts manufacturing industry and have worked in a warehouse then this could be the role for you! Are you looking to join a reputable and long-standing company where you have the opportunity to be trained up on an FLT Counterbalance licence if you do not already hold one?

You will be required to work in the warehouse picking and packing orders, as well as working on the trade counter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately picking and packing orders based on customer requirements.
  • Ensuring all picked items are correctly labelled and ready for dispatch.
  • Using the FLT counterbalance to move and organise stock within the warehouse.
  • Assisting customers at the trade counter with their orders and inquiries.
  • Providing knowledgeable advice on fasteners and related products.
  • Processing sales transactions and handling cash or card payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock levels and locations.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Replenishing stock as needed to ensure availability for orders.
  • Loading and unloading deliveries using the FLT counterbalance.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
