Salary:

• Up to £17 per hour DOE
• £1 per hour shift allowance
• 8% bonus

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at our newly established site in Oldbury. This role involves working across all production departments, handling machine breakdowns, and performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM). The ideal candidate will have experience with drive motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Addressing machine breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime
• Performing PPM tasks
• Working with drive motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance
• Ability to work in a dirty environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work shifts
