This manufacturer are looking for a Production Process Engineer to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Join the team and help improve product quality, reduce waste, and ensure high performance in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects
- Monitor production parameters, analyse data, and minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with ISO certifications, health, safety, and environmental standards
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for process improvements
- Support new product launches and ensure manufacturing capabilities meet specifications
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years experience as a Production Process Engineer (preferably in steel or metal processing industries)
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with process control systems, automation, and plant equipment
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
