Production Process Engineer

This manufacturer are looking for a Production Process Engineer to optimize and troubleshoot manufacturing processes in a fast-paced environment. Join the team and help improve product quality, reduce waste, and ensure high performance in production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement projects
  • Monitor production parameters, analyse data, and minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with ISO certifications, health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for process improvements
  • Support new product launches and ensure manufacturing capabilities meet specifications

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years experience as a Production Process Engineer (preferably in steel or metal processing industries)
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with process control systems, automation, and plant equipment
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
