Buying Administrator

If so Chris Hayes Associates are recruiting for an Buying Administrator role you may be interested in. This position is very active and my client is looking to appoint as soon as possible.

Based within the Buying Department of this thriving business this role will be to help support the team with administration duties.

Key Duties of the Buying Administrator include:-

  • Matching Invoices to Goods Inwards Notes
  • Maintenance of Non-Stock Invoices
  • Ensuring all invoices are resolved and passed to the purchase ledger team promptly
  • Liaising with Suppliers/Branches to resolve queries
  • Obtain "Proof of Delivery" documentation from suppliers
  • Maintaining correspondence with all suppliers
  • Support with incoming "Buying" emails
  • Updating and maintenance of stock and overhead price lists
  • Other Ad hoc duties

The suitable candidate for the position of Buying Administrator will ideally be a bright and proactive school leaver or graduate looking for their first role into an office environment, or indeed someone more experienced who is looking for an admin focused role.
