We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join my clients team in Oldbury. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks including front of house duties and thrives in a fully office-based environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and directing them appropriately.
  • Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain filing systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials and documents.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure the front office area is tidy and presentable.
  • Raise Purchase Orders and log onto company portal 
  • Keep company employees and client details onto database
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High level of attention to detail.
