Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a professional corporate organisation in the Oldbury area who are seeking a part time Receptionist to cover their from of house Monday to Friday 07.45am to 12.45pm. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis with an immediate start.
Duties and tasks will include:
- Face to face meeting and greeting of visitors
- Signing in visitors
- Handing out badges
- Answering and transferring calls
- General administration
Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
- Reception experience within a profession environment
- Excellent phone manner
- Pleasant demeanour
- Able to multitask
- Must be available to start immediately on a temporary to permanent basis
Occasional cover may be required for afternoon shift during sickness and holidays so flexibility will be required.
