We are currently recruiting for and experienced  Compliance Administrator to join our expanding team based in our Birmingham office, this is to support a growing business with the onboarding and clearing of candidates to a high standard inline with audit requirements. This is to join an existing compliance team and provide additional support to the wider team.  You will be responsible for keeping candidates updated with the progress of their file and carrying out important stages of the compliance process such as, right to work checks, document verification, obtaining suitable references.

Prior Compliance Administration experience is essential. 

Duties include:

  • Data input regularly to our CRM 
  • General admin support to the sales team
  • Dealing with incoming telephone calls
  • Onboarding new candidates
  • Excellent customer service to candidates keeping them updated with the progress of their file
  • Responding to online enquiries
  • Processing DBS checks
  • Conducting pre-employment checks
  • Ensuring files are cleared to a high standard in line with audit requirements 
  • Managing a task list of administrative duties
  • Keeping the team upto date on the progress of files.
  • General Office support

We are looking for an organised and hard working individual who can multitask. We pride ourselves on safeguarding and ensuring the staff we send to schools are thoroughly checked, you will pay a major part in clearing candidates before they start work and need to have a good eye for detail. Prior experience in recruitment would be desirable.

     Days of work are Monday to Friday: 8:30-4:30
