Position: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)

Salary: £85 - £110 per day
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Mentor to join our vibrant primary school community in Halesowen. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our pupils' emotional, social, and academic development, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students, addressing individual learning needs and promoting positive behaviour.
- Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress, offering feedback to both students and parents.
- Support students with emotional and behavioural difficulties, implementing strategies to promote well-being and engagement.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Relevant qualifications in education or child development are desirable but not essential.
