Job Opportunity: Supervisor - £35,000 + Company Van
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance projects for residential properties and voids. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with health and safety standards, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring operatives work efficiently and productively.
- Monitor subcontractor performance to meet contract KPIs and quality standards.
- Liaise with residents and clients, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee job compliance with health and safety regulations and job instructions.
- Organise operatives and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Complete necessary documentation, including method statements and risk assessments.
- Deliver toolbox talks and attend regular team meetings.
- Conduct pre-inspections, submitting reports within agreed time lines.
- Proven experience in the repairs and maintenance industry.
- Previous supervisory experience on maintenance sites.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Full, clean driving license.
- Salary: £35,000 per annum.
- Van: Provided for work purposes.
