We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Shropshire, who are recruiting for a Service Charge Consultant on a temporary contract until the end of June.
The position is due to start immediately and the hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £30 an hour via an umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will be part qualified and have a background in rent and service charge.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Project based work, reviewing all land following grounds maintenance and applying rates to service charge
- Assisting with year-end closedown
- Reviewing finance systems and costs
- Implementing new modules onto one housing
Experience required:
- Previous experience within service charge
- Part qualified Accountant is preferable
- Experience required in Social Housing
Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
