Position: Sales LedgerContract Type: Temp To PermHourly Rate: £12.21+ per hour (salary negotiable dependent on experience)Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, 30-minute break.

What You'll Do:As our Sales Ledger, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Performing credit control, chasing outstanding payments, and building positive relationships with clients.
  • Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Preparing reports to support financial decision-making.
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall financial process.

What We're Looking For:To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience in credit control or sales ledger management.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient IT skills, especially in Excel and accounting software.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
