Computer Science Teacher Computer Science Teacher required to join a progressive Sandwell Secondary School. Are you a QTS/ECT Computer Science Teacher looking for a new and exciting opportunity within an improving school? This busy school are looking to add an ambitious and driven Computer Science teacher to the team. A passion for all things Computers and ICT, and a love for teaching is essential for this role.  As a Computer Science Teacher you will have full planning, marking responsibilities, and teach across Key Stages 3 & 4. Behaviour is generally good, and there is a willingness to learn from most students. You will have access to a wide range of resources and the department is focused on providing a high level of support to all teachers. This role requires a teacher who has brilliant subject knowledge and is able to plan and deliver creative, engaging and inspiring lessons. You must be a QTS or QTLS Computer Science teacher to be considered for this role. Job Role: 
  • Teaching across the BTEC OCR Computer/ICT curriculum to Key Stages 3 & 4 
  • Leading GCSE Computer booster sessions for students that require additional support 
  • Working in unison within the department to plan outstanding lessons 
  • Breaking down barriers to education and making Computer Science accessible to all students
