ProSkillz Recruitment Ltd are recruiting Behaviour Mentors for both Primary and Secondary Schools across the West Midlands on a bank or permanent contract.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be assigned to schools in and around the West Midlands that require additional support in managing students with challenging behaviours.

You will work directly with students who face behavioural challenges, helping them to develop positive behaviours and supporting their academic and personal growth.

Your role will involve collaborating with parents and school staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes learning and well-being.
