As RMW Team Leader your appetite is to aim to keep our bed makers making beds by supplying the raw materials to make the beds in accordance to the bed making production plan. Also provide clear integrity of stock management and a safe & efficient working environment through continuous improvement. Ready to skip the snooze button and get stuck in? Here`s a taste of what you`ll be doing day-to-day... - Manage the quantity of raw materials stockholding to agreed targets whilst delivering a `Safer Every Day` culture. - Delegate tasks to the RMW team to achieve the desired efficiencies, safely. - Your primary Customers are the Mattress, Base & Headboard bed makers, with the key objective being to maximise the fulfilment plan of raw materials to support Production efficiencies. - Aim to align actual quantity of stock with the system quantity in all raw material stockholding locations. Accurate & transparent stock levels provide the Procurement team with the ability to replenish raw material with confidence and reduces the risk of over stocking or running out prematurely. - Report any challenges to stock availability that may prevent a planned Customers order being produced on time, in full. - Cleardown damaged & faulty raw materials and resolve stock discrepancies to a conclusion. - Arrange service & scheduled maintenance of Fork Lift Truck`s, Material Handling Equipment and storage racking in accordance to manufactures recommendations. - Any other reasonable requests that supports our Customer journey with the delivery of their perfect, quality bed.
