We are currently seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative to join a highly skilled team working on the Local Authority Contract. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Plasterer or Joiner but we are open to candidates with a broad range of skills in residential property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- General multi-skilled work in residential properties, including plastering, joinery, and groundworks
- Rubbish removal from lofts and ensuring access for scaffolding
- 1st and 2nd fix work, including door undercuts and shaving
- Replacing fences, patch plastering, window fittings, door handles, and other fixture tasks
- Ensure high-quality and tidy work is completed on all jobs
Requirements:
- Asbestos Awareness
- Time-served tradesman or NVQ Level 2 in a primary trade (Plastering, Joinery, etc.)
- Experience in multi-trade residential work
