With our Client we are looking to appoint a Finance Administrator – the role is initially office based and then can be reviewed to hybrid after probation and training
Will report to the Head of Operations Admin and work as part of a small / hands on and focused team
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR;
- Annual Salary of between £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on depth of experience
- Bonus of 10% of Annual Salary on performance
- 25 days Hols PLUS Bank Hols
- On Site Car Parking
- Kitchen Facilities – free tea / coffee etc.
- Regular Social Functions – if you are interested!!
THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR;
You will work closely with the Finance / Payments team – daily
- Daily checking of Legal Documents and Contracts
- Agreeing Payments to be made
- Raise Payment Instructions – Dates / Amounts / Accounts etc.
- Promptly deal with Payment Queries
- General Office Administration
To be suited to the Finance Administrator role you will need;
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability meet strict Payment deadlines
- Numeracy – you will need c grade 4 or above in Maths and English
- Proven ability across Administration
- Strong Organisational skills
