About the Role:
As a Junior Product Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of BJT discrete products, from initial definition through to mass production. You will work closely with design, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure continuous improvement and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and technical environment.

Collaborate with design and marketing teams to define and develop new products.

Draft datasheets, test specifications, and assembly documents.

Run team meetings and assist in project evaluations.

Perform DFMEA and technology reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Monitor and improve yield, capacity management, and cost reduction initiatives.

Characterise BJT parts and interpret characterisation data.
What We Are Looking For:

Degree in Electronics or similar discipline (or equivalent experience).

Basic understanding of electronics and engineering principles.

Strong project management and organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Familiarity with Quality Management principles and IT proficiency (MS Office).

Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in the semiconductor industry.

Knowledge of Bipolar wafer technologies and AEC-Q101 automotive reliability requirements.

Experience in yield analysis and failure interpretation.
