Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for cladding and roofing projects from concept to completion.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure designs meet client specifications and industry standards.
Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Manage a team of designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest quality of work.
Conduct site visits to assess design requirements and monitor progress.
Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure material specifications and availability.
Provide technical expertise and innovative solutions to design challenges.

Requirements:

Proven experience in cladding and roofing design, particularly within the industrial sector.
Strong knowledge of metal cladding systems, materials, and construction methods.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field are desirable.
