Your new companyOur client is a not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham, looking for a Accounts Payable Officer on a part-time basis. Your new role You will be responsible for processing invoices,managing vendor accounts, and ensuring timely payments.
- Process invoices and ensure timely payments
- Manage vendor accounts and resolve any issues
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing activities
What you'll need to succeedYou will have:
- A good knowledge & understanding of the end to endAccounts Payable Process.
- Proficient in the use of MS Excel.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communications
