Machine Operator/Team Leader
Days: 7.15 am to 6 pm, Monday to Thursday (41 hours)
Rate: £12.59 per hour 40 hours, £18.88 (overtime rate)
Area: OL9 (Chadderton)
Duties:
Machine operating
Troubleshooting
Making sure the line is running efficiently
Leading a team of 10 production operatives
Working on a fast-paced production line
Working to tight deadlines
Responsible for associated paperwork.
Monitoring time and attendance of workers, reporting directly to the Production Manager
Leading and motivating your team
Criteria:
