Caretaker
Build Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker for our Client based in the Oldham atrea.

The successful post-holder will be responsible for the day to day maintenance, operational running and security / supervision of the site and related equipment

Please Note: You will be working through the holiday period and out of term
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out building fabric repairs, adjustments maintenance, installations and removals
- Undertake and record weekly checks and record works carried out
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed on time and to Health and Safety standards
- Ensuring the Site Security, unlocking and locking all the doors entries and exits - ensuring the site is secure but accessible at all times
- Liaising with and monitoring the work of contractors including cleaner contactors
- Maintain a professional relationship with colleagues, customers and clients
- Reporting any incident that may adversely affect service delivery and customer satisfaction

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in similar facility management and/or caretaking role
- Must work well as part of a team
- Able to attend regular appraisals and agree personal development programme in accordance with the job requirements
- Able to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve objectives
- Able to work on own initiative or as part of a team
- Flexibility to assess and tackle a wide range of disciplines within skill sets
- You will be required to have a Basic DBS before starting.
