Business Unit Manager / Branch Manager - Fabrication & Powder Coating

Due to a recent buy out, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager to lead this well established sheet metal fabrication business.
With potential for shared ownership, this could be a rewarding role for the right candidate.
The role
- Manage a small team of Fabrication Engineers on site
- Drive new business opportunities as well as develop existing accounts
- Ensure workshop is running efficiently and safely
- Work closely with the Company Director to assist with day to day running of the business.
You:
- Sound experience in sheet metal fabrication / enclosures / powder coating
- Good all round knowledge of leading a business or department
- Work flexibly and able to multi task.
- Proven success in managing a team
Benefits
- Negotiable Salary depending on experience. circa 50-60k
