A Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful property set in a picturesque town in Greater Manchester.

This excellent restaurant is renowned in the area for their beautiful modern British dishes on offer, with all their exceptional produce sourced locally. For this role you must have experience of working within a high end restaurant kitchen.

A strong Commis Chef could be considered however you must have at least 12 months experience of working with fresh food and to be able to run your own section of the kitchen. Without this experience unfortunately we are unable to consider you for the role.

The kitchen is manned by an extremely dedicated and talented brigade and is now looking for a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie with a fresh food background looking to join a busy but friendly kitchen team.

As Demi Chef de Partie / Chef de Partie you will:

Work on all sections of the kitchen as required
Support senior members of the kitchen brigade
Be given further and ongoing training to develop your skills as a chef and help you become the best chef you can be
Be hard working and dedicated and have experience of working within a professional, fresh food kitchen
