Description

Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.   

Responsibilities

  • Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales; 
  • Pro-active sale of our products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department in order to achieve our sales goals;
  • Contact person for our medium-sized customers in the region via phone and email; 
  • Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.g. sales/margin, potential) 
  • Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data; 
  • Creation of customer-specific offers; 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage
  • Minimum vocational level of working and thinking
  • Relevant professional experience in telephone sales
  • You are a strong communicator at various levels
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market. In addition, English is also required for communication with stakeholders throughout the organization
  • Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through commercial mindset
  • Preferably completed commercial training
  • Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
