UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a talented Business Development Manager for a growing business based in Oldham. The successfulBusiness Development Manager will join a flourishing company within the HR software sector who have been growing year on year. Our client has created a successful sales team so there is no requirement to cold call for leads, our client require a closer to help in completing the sales process.

Job Role:The successful candidate will have experience within HR Software sales. Using your networking and communication skills you will strive to close deal opportunities provided to you by our client’s sales teams. Your role will be based in the office, and you will have exhibitions/ networking to visit sporadically to develop leads for the team. You will be entering the role at a senior position and progression can see you in charge of the sales team with time served.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. The company has a great working culture where employees are valued and recognised for their achievements. The business has a small team of sales staff and are growing yearly. Our client has included holidays to be taken for any family commitments or emergency as they want their employees to feel valued in the business.

Essential skills/experience required:

  • 4/5 years’ B2B sales
  • Proven track record in sales
  • Drivers licence
