Location: Greater Manchester Area
Salary: £35,000 basic | £55,000+ OTE
Hours: Standard showroom hours + day off in the week & alternate weekends off

My client are looking for a hands-on, passionate, and personable New Car Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team. This is a rare opportunity, for someone to join a top automotive employer.
What we're looking for:
- A leader, not just a manager. We want someone who inspires, motivates, and gets stuck in - not someone who manages from a distance or behind a screen.
- A people person - customers and colleagues alike. This is a company that thrives on relationships, not robotic sales targets.
- Experience managing and assisting in a franchised car dealership sales environment.
The package:
£35,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of £55,000
Electric Company car
Standard hours with a day off midweek and 1 in 2 weekends off
